2. Eligibility

The platform is open to:

• Students
• Schools
• Teachers
• Educational Institutions
• Coaching Centres
• Professionals
• Individuals

Certain competitions may have age-specific eligibility criteria.

Participants below 18 years should participate under the guidance or consent of a parent, guardian, or school.

3. Registration

Users agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

Schools shall nominate one or more authorized School Coordinators responsible for managing registrations and communications.

KnowChamp reserves the right to verify submitted information and reject incomplete or inaccurate registrations.

4. School Partnership

Schools participating in the KnowChamp Excellence League shall:

• Register through the official portal.
• Nominate one or two School Coordinators.
• Conduct School-Level competitions in accordance with KnowChamp guidelines.
• Submit results within the prescribed timeline.
• Ensure fairness, transparency, and discipline during competitions.

KnowChamp reserves the right to suspend or remove any participating institution found violating league policies.

5. Competition Structure

The KnowChamp Excellence League may be conducted in multiple stages:

• School Level
• Sub-Division Level
• District Level
• State Level

Qualification criteria for subsequent rounds shall be announced separately for each season.

KnowChamp reserves the right to modify competition schedules, qualification rules, venues, and formats whenever necessary.

6. Contest App

The KnowChamp Contest App provides topic-based contests and educational challenges for learners.

Before participating, users may access contest details including:

• Topic
• Syllabus
• Question Pattern
• Duration
• Marks
• Eligibility
• Rules
• Entry Fee, if applicable

KnowChamp reserves the right to update contest formats without prior notice.

7. Contest Papers & Question Bank

All contest papers, questions, images, activities, case studies, puzzles, artwork, and educational content are developed or approved by KnowChamp.

Participants shall not:

• Photograph
• Record
• Share
• Reproduce
• Sell
• Redistribute

Participants shall not perform any of the above actions in relation to contest materials without written permission.

Violation may lead to immediate disqualification and legal action.

8. Registration Fees

• Medals

• Scholarships
• Cash Prizes
• Excellence Awards

Issuance of awards shall remain subject to successful verification of eligibility and compliance with all competition rules.

11. Fair Participation Policy

Participants shall:

• Maintain honesty.
• Avoid malpractice.
• Refrain from impersonation.
• Not seek unfair advantage.
• Respect judges and organizers.
• Follow competition guidelines.

KnowChamp reserves the right to disqualify any participant violating these principles.

12. School Coordinators

School Coordinators act as the official representatives of their institutions.

Their responsibilities include:

• Student registration
• Fee submission
• Conducting School-Level contests
• Uploading winners
• Coordinating communication
• Ensuring compliance with competition rules

KnowChamp may revoke coordinator privileges for misconduct or negligence.

13. Intellectual Property Rights

KnowChamp®, KnowChamp Excellence League®, KnowChamp Contest App®, logos, branding, software, contest formats, educational methodologies, graphics, question banks, certificates, website content, mobile application, AI models, and all associated materials are proprietary assets of Zigisa Consultancy Services Private Limited.

No person or organization may reproduce, imitate, distribute, modify, publish, or commercially exploit these materials without prior written permission.

14. User Content

Users may upload photographs, artwork, videos, assignments, and other educational content.

By uploading such content, users grant KnowChamp a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the content for:
